Coordinator - Legal Compliance Position Summary: Working closely with the Compliance Manager, the Compliance Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Company’s Ethics & Compliance program. This role focuses on the intake, analysis, and reporting of ethics concerns, the oversight of third-party due diligence reviews, and assisting with the continuous monitoring of regulatory developments and responses to internal and external audits. You will also be tasked with ensuring the timely review and distribution of corporate policies—such as the Code of Ethics, Gifts & Entertainment, and Workplace Culture standards—while reinforcing these values through the administration of AEO’s global compliance training program. Responsibilities: - Assist in overseeing AEO’s Ethics and Compliance Hotline; including the tracking, routing, and monitoring of all reports (hotline and non-hotline) from intake through resolution; and the development of hotline metrics and dashboards. - Support managing the enterprise-wide Third-Party Risk Management program vetting potential vendors, including system and process enhancements; work closely with Procurement and relationship owners on vendor onboarding;...
