Position Summary The Program Director leads MHA’s GRIT Park co-occurring substance use and mental health residential program for 22 adult women. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of a safe, trauma-informed, and gender-responsive home-like environment, ensuring resident safety, engagement in treatment plans, and participation in daily living activities. The Program Director provides staff supervision and support, fosters a positive program culture, and ensures compliance with MHA and state standards, while promoting recovery, relapse prevention, and overall resident well-being. Pay Rate: $62,000 annually: Open Shift: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm (40hrs), some flexibility required Key Responsibilities: About the Division of Recovery Services (DRS) The Division of Recovery Services (DRS) supports individuals of all ages navigating mental health and substance use challenges.
