Responsibilities: As an IT Legal Counsel, reporting to the Head of Corporate at Murex, you will provide day‑to‑day legal support to internal stakeholders, in particular the IT Product Sourcing team based in Paris, on technology‑related contracting matters. Your role will focus primarily on drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of IT agreements, including software licence agreements, development and interface agreements, cloud services contracts (SaaS / PaaS / IaaS), data licensing agreements, maintenance and support contracts, and related statements of work, in close collaboration with Procurement, IT and business teams.
