The Role Linktree is doubling down on paid media acquisition in 2026, with plans to scale significantly. We need a senior strategist who can own SEM end-to-end, make smart budget calls across channels, and bring the analytical rigour that lets us scale spend with confidence. This is a hybrid role by design. You'll have your hands on the keyboard running our SEM program, using AI tooling to multiply your output. And you'll zoom out to make the cross-channel budget decisions that determine where our next dollar goes and why. You won't be a measurement specialist, but you will be fluent in incrementality, MMM, and attribution — the tools that turn budget conversations from opinion into evidence. You'll sit within the Growth Marketing team alongside specialists across paid social, performance creative, CRO, data and lifecycle — reporting to the Director, Growth Marketing.
