TITLE: Inside Sales Business Analyst I This position is an onsite role in the Livonia / Detroit area. There is no remote work available with this role. POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is part of the internal sales & marketing department. The role is responsible for contributing to sales maintenance and growth, primarily through generation of costing & pricing, recommendation of pricing to sales management, preparation & maintenance of quote pipelines, sales & market analysis, identification of sales gaps & opportunities, sample preparation and enthusiastic support of customers & sales team. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s Degree preferred - Strong data analysis experience and sales & service support - Self-motivated to work independently and progress projects from beginning to completion - Problem solving mentality and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment - Positive team-oriented attitude, comfortable working across departments within organization - Ability to generate and/or use sales data to identify gaps and translate promptly into actionable opportunities - Facility to balance and support customer needs with strategic business goals - Versatility, with the ability to multi-ta...
