Job description

We are looking for a temporary maternity cover who will join our GCX Platforms & Automation team in a hybrid role: approximately 50% Scrum Master for our platform team and 50% project manager owning selected initiatives. In the role of Platforms & Automation Consultant you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will help a small, high ‑ impact team deliver platform improvements and automations for our global customer experience organisation . We care more about pragmatic accountability around deliver ies than a dogmatic agile SCRUM approach, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable operating in that space. The team you will be part of: You will be part of the Global Customer Experience function, where the Platforms & Automation team operates with platform ownership of our customer engagement platforms and process implementations.
