Job DetailsLevel: ManagementJob Location: Corporate Texas - Houston, TX 77094Job Category: ConstructionOB SUMMARY The Project Superintendent assumes responsibility for coordinating project site management and constructability of the specific construction project and fulfills his/her responsibility through daily attendance and oversight of all operations at the job site. The Project Superintendent is the leader of the project site and must conduct him/herself as the party responsible for the coordination of all construction. REPORTS TO: Area Project Manager, Project Manager and General Superintendent SUPERVISES: N/A: REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING: DEGREES AND DIPLOMAS:  High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.  Knowledge and/or experience in construction project management.
