About the role: In this role, the Laboratory Supervisor, Pre-Analytical directs the daily operation of non-testing laboratory services for phlebotomy, to ensure the pre-analytical and post-analytical precision and reproducibility of laboratory test results in accordance with accreditation standards and guidelines. What you'll do: Here is what you will need Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience Specific Degree(s): Science or healthcare related field Greater than 2 years of experience in the designated specialty or area of responsibility Preferred: Prefer candidates who qualify under CLIA 88 as general supervisor Licensure/Certifications: Preferred: Phlebotomy certification (approved certifying agency) and/or certification as Medical Laboratory Technician, Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, or labor...
