Job description

Job Description: The Food and Beverage Coordinator is integral to the food & beverage operation and provides guests with a safe and pleasant dining experience on the property. The Food and Beverage Coordinator is responsible for the food and beverage ordering production and service for all food and beverage outlets on the property (where applicable) including the grillroom, snack bar, banquet facility, beverage carts and any other food and beverage operations. The Food and Beverage Coordinator will supervise all food and beverage production and other kitchen/beverage personnel, will develop and cost out menus as well as monitor the labor budget for the food and beverage staff and maintain the highest professional food/beverage quality and sanitation standards. Essential Job Functions: Prepares food; develops, costs, and maintains, prepares and serves menus for all food outlets on the property. Tends Bar; develops, costs, and maintains, prepares and serves menus for all beverage outlets on the property. Hires, trains and supervises all food/beverage personnel.
