Job description
As an Account Coordinator for the Customer Success Team, you must possess superior communication skills and have working knowledge of Agency-Client relationships and processes. You will work closely with Regional Account Directors (RADs), Production, and Onboarding team members to ensure timely deliverables. You will develop and maintain a working-level understanding of the automotive industry, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning and integrated marketing strategies. You are highly organized, task and detail-oriented, motivated, articulate, flexible, and capable of working under pressure. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service. Your academic and professional experience has instilled a sense of urgency without compromising the integrity of results. This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. Employee must be located within the Continental U.S., EASTERN or CENTRAL TIME ZONE preferred, but all are welcome to apply who are able to support 8:30AM-5:30PM EST business hours.
