Based at our Elyria, Ohio location, this role focuses on developing and improving manufacturing processes used to machine, fabricate, and assemble components and finished products. You will play a key role in solving manufacturing challenges, implementing new products and engineering changes, and driving improvements in cost, quality, safety, and value delivered to our customers. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Use CAD/CAM systems to design fixtures, tooling, and CNC machining programs. - Develop, evaluate, and continuously improve manufacturing methods to reduce cost and strengthen competitive advantage. - Research new manufacturing technologies and recommend capital improvement projects. - Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, and equipment layout to maximize efficiency and safety. - Participate in design reviews with product development and design teams to ensure efficient, capable, and scalable production methods. - Collaborate with vendors to defi...
