FUNCTION: demonstrated passion for working with children and young adults in a learning environment . Offering spiritual support and discipleship training to youth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create and implement outreach opportunities for the youth and young adults to participate within the community. This includes local schools, partnerships and program in our service area. - Assist with food preparation, serving and cleaning up as needed for Youth programming. - Ensure all program areas are clean and maintained as necessary. - Ensure timely communication with parents/guardians of those in Youth programming. - Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings, with action items for follow-up. - Discipleship Focus for Youth including the development of Lay Leaders and Volunteers, focused on spiritual formation and inclusion of spiritual pri...
