Our extensive range of services includes supply chain design and innovation, warehousing, efficient distribution and fulfillment, freight brokerage, transportation management, and specialized e-commerce fulfillment solutions. The Trainer will hold responsibility for the onboarding training for new associates to drive consistent safety, quality, and compliance processes according to ODW standards. The Training Lead will be the point of contact for associates to successfully meet daily production goals while preventing mistakes and safety incidents. The Training Lead will work closely with operations leads and management. POSITION SUMMARY: This position utilizes instructional/coaching methods and skill development to support the team and ensure all employees are working efficiently and meeting company standards.
