This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior customer service or administrative experience who wants to develop their skills in order processing, customer management and account support. What You’ll Do: In this role you will support order management and account coordination to help keep our customers satisfied and our operations running smoothly. You will also: Order Processing & Tracking: - Accurately enter and process customer orders, ensuring compliance with account guidelines and shipping windows. - Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal teams. Account Support: - Coordinate shipment routing and logistics details with customers’ transportation teams or systems. - Stay current on account requirements, vendor compliance updates, and shipping policies to help avoid chargebacks.
