Role Overview The Senior Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for project planning, client relations, staff development, and ensuring top-tier service delivery. You’ll oversee project coordination to meet our commitments, work closely with clients, and lead teams to success, all while managing resources effectively. You will partner closely with the District Manager and/or Senior Security Manager to: - Drive operational performance in the Austin area - Support key client accounts and new business start-ups - Lead and develop a high-performing team of security professionals Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and swift corrective action when needed. - Meet regularly with client representatives for updates, performance reviews, and strategic planning. - Support client start-ups, transitions, and expansions to ensure smooth implementation and continuity of service. - Identify opportunities to enhance service, improve efficiency, and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
