Role Purpose: The GT PD Downstream people manager role provides oversight in process and platform development, improvement/optimization, characterization, and tech transfer to support gene therapy programs/products under DQP. This role demonstrates strong scientific and people leadership skills with deep understanding of gene therapy process and development. Shape and develop its strategic direction and drive operational excellence in line with TRD vision and strategy. Leads and manages all project/network activities and apply scientific/technical expertise to address complex development issues and actively support TRD strategies and goals by participating in cross-functional teams.
