Description The Lafayette College Office of Intercultural Development (OID), a unit within the Division of Inclusion, advances the institutional commitment to inclusivity and belonging by supporting historically marginalized student populations and providing educational, cultural, social, and social justice engagement opportunities for the campus community. Reporting to the Executive Director of Intercultural Development, the Associate Director is responsible for the design, implementation, and assessment of high-impact student programs and advocacy initiatives. This role requires a unique vision, and ability to translate priorities into sustainable programs that strengthen student belonging, leadership development, and overall student success. A central component of this position is developing emerging student leaders by equipping them with the skills necessary to flourish both on campus and in their future careers.
