Student Clinical Data Intern

Valley View hospital is looking for a Student Clinical Data Intern to gain practical experience in various clinical data abstraction and analytics settings, develop competency in administrative skills, and enhance understanding of healthcare delivery systems while working under the supervision of experience clinical quality and analytics staff. This position does not provide direct patient care. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: - Student Clinical Data Intern must be currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate level academic program with a technical focus, such as mathematics, engineering, computer science, nursing, pre-med, or basic sciences. Working Conditions: - Desk-based duties which may require extended duration of sitting or standing, up to 8 hours per day with breaks according to standard labor regulations. - Travel across departments on- and off-campus to accomplish time-sensitive errands and communication SALARY RANGE: - ‎$17.00/hour + 14% PRN Differential.
