This Program engages with multiple teams across the electric organization to quantify the electric system needs, gather solutions to solve those needs, capture cost to execute those solutions and impact of each solution on enterprise risk. With this information the Program will create an optimized multi-year investment plan to solve as much needs as possible with the least amount of resources. This plan will be created in cooperation with asset management, business finance and operations to ensure it meets the expectations of our asset owners, ensure excitability by our operations team and meets the affordability targets for our customers.
