Job DetailsJob Location: El Cajon, CA 92020Salary Range: $21.00 - $26.00 HourlyThis position will be critical & a unique opportunity within the organization. The Accounts Receivable / Deposit Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Essential Duties: Reconcile and prepare daily cash, check and credit card deposits Enter finalized cash, check and credit card receipts and update receivable ledger Research and process bad checks for collection Maintain weekly cash clearing schedules Perform weekly drawer counts Process 8300 forms in compliance with Federal and State regulations Manages incoming payments, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections and detailed financial record-keeping Follow up on all past due accounts and prepare reports for management Assist in monthly closings Maintain current filing system WHAT WE OFFER: QualificationsQualifications Experience in a business office at a dealership Tekion experience preferred Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends Must be proficient i...
