Location Address: 600 Vista Drive, Sparta, Tennessee 38583 Work Shift: 8hr-1st Shift 6a-2:30p Sparta (United States of America) The Mold Maintenance Technician maintains and rebuilds injection and blow molds to ensure optimal production performance. Key Responsibilities: Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs. - Perform mold repair and corrective maintenance. - Disassemble and reassemble molds. - Investigate and troubleshoot molding issues. - Clean mold components. - Execute preventive maintenance. - Conduct precision measurements. - Operate overhead cranes safely. - Assist with mold changeovers. - Complete documentation. - Support safety and continuous improvement. - Follow all safety requirements. - 1+ years mold maintenance or related experience. - Skill in mold teardown and rebuild. - Proficiency with precision measurement tools. - Overhead Crane/rigging experience. - Available to work overtime or fill absences when necessary. - Ability to read blueprints. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Experience with injection or blow molding. - Knowledge of hot runner systems. - Light lathe/mill machining and welding experience. - Understanding of ISO, GM...
