About the Team & Impact Join our clients Managed Services Transformation project. You’ll design and implement ServiceNow architecture that drives operational efficiency and scalability for enterprise clients. Responsibilities: - Design and document ServiceNow architecture aligned with business requirements. - Lead technical solutioning for ServiceNow modules and integrations. - Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure platform scalability. - Define best practices for configuration, customization, and security. - Conduct architecture reviews and performance optimization. - Support migration and upgrade strategies for ServiceNow environments. - Ensure compliance with IBM and client standards. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams. Must-Have Qualifications: - Proven experience as Application Architect with ServiceNow. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules. - Ability to design complex integrations and workflows. - Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
