Job Details: Maintenance 1+2 “Learn While You Earn” Training Program Job Description: This full‑time position offers paid employment while completing a 9‑month Industrial Maintenance training program through the 1+2 Learn While You Earn Program . Participants earn $29.05 per hour while attending school and gaining hands‑on maintenance experience. Upon successful completion of the program, the team member commits to a minimum of two (2) continuous years of full‑time employment in the Maintenance Department at the Dakota City facility . The Maintenance Trainee is responsible for supporting continuous production by troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment used in beef processing operations.
