Description Stephens College seeks a Laborer to assist with various projects in our Facilities Department. This is a temporary, summer position: 5/18/26 - 8/21/26 Responsibilities: - Pick up supplies from various venders - Jobsite demolition, setup and cleanup - Heavy lifting involved with cleaning out buildings, moving furniture, etc. - Operate a variety of hand and power tools as needed. - Loading, unloading and delivering materials - Perform daily tasks safely in accordance with company policies - Assist with other Facilities areas when needed; grounds, custodial, warehouse - Other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Education/Skill Requirements: Must have valid driver’s license. Must pass criminal background check. Work Conditions: Work is performed inside under office or shop conditions with daily exposure to dust, noise, heat, and odors. - High school diploma or equivalent and/or 1-2 years experience - Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions.
