**Please note the schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 5:00am-1:30pm with Saturday shifts as needed** The Industrial Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal production performance. This role supports operational goals by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability and safety. Duties/Responsibilities: - Set up and calibrate machines at the beginning of each shift to ensure optimal performance. - Perform testing procedures and monitoring equipment during production to detect and resolve issues. - Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment. - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures during operations. - Maintain cleanliness and functionality of machines before and after shifts. - Feed operational parameters (e.g., speed, shape, size) into machine setup interfaces. - Document maintenance activities and communicate updates to supervisors. - Inspect and replace defective parts using hand tools and precision instruments. - Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance. - Assist in the installation and commissioni...
