Description Job Title: Traveling Compliance Specialist: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traveling Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with all HUD, state agency, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations related to occupancy, file rectifications, and tax credit requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HUD and state agencies, particularly regarding Section 8 contract renewals. This position requires travel to various properties for file audits.
