Classification Title: Postdoctoral Associate Classification Minimum Requirements: The appointee must have received the doctorate in a field appropriate to the assigned duties and responsibilities. Job Description: The Research and Evaluation Methodology Program at the University of Florida invites applications for Postdoctoral Scholar positions. Postdoctoral Scholars will work with Dr. Wei Li on multiple funded projects focused on quantitative research methods development and/or the causal evaluation of educational programs. This is a 12-month, time-limited appointment. The appointment is renewable annually for multiple years, contingent upon research needs, funding availability, and satisfactory performance. The start date is flexible, and the position may be performed either in person in Gainesville, FL, or remotely. Expected Salary: Commensurate with education and experience. Preferred: - Doctoral degree in quantitative research methods, statistics, or a closely related field by the start date (or completion of all degree requirements prior to the start date).
