Job Title: Head of External Communications and Media Relations About your role: The Head of External Communications and Media Relations is a senior leader on the Fiserv Corporate Communications team responsible for shaping and amplifying the company’s financial narrative, managing high‑stakes media engagement, and driving proactive, strategic communications that reinforce Fiserv as a leader in financial technology.
