Hourly Pay Range: $57.76 - $80.86 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) – General Neurology - NCH Hospital, 800 W. Central Ave, Arlington Heights IL, 60005 - Full Time/Part Time: Full Time - Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30pm - 4:00pm - Setting: Outpatient/Clinic - Minimal weekends/on call rotation Job Description: Exciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health in the Neurosciences Department. Under the direction of the collaborating physician(s), provides care to patients. Obtains detailed history and performs physical examinations, orders imaging, lab tests and diagnostic procedures and interprets results. Instructs patients on the prescribed therapeutic regimen and pre/post operative instructions. Maintains records and writes progress notes on status, treatments and procedures. Follows patients through their course of treatment in the clinic and hospital setting. Collaborates with physicians and the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
