Job Description: Location: Hybrid within the UK Salary: Dependent on Experience Due to security clearance vetting requirements candidates must be UK nationals or sole British citizens with 5 years UK residency. The role: As an Advisor Business Consultant you will be part of an innovative team, working to define and deploy world class customer solutions using the ServiceNow platform. The Business Consultant is a lead voice in client business analysis, consultation, service design, and delivery, specifically addressing ServiceNow as an enabler to drive organizational change and improvement. Providing process and technical expertise as a consulting service to clients; contributing to the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions including customer engagement, user requirement definition, change management, engagement management, configuration of technical infrastructure components, business focused testing and training. You will develop and demonstrate specialised knowledge and skills in ServiceNow as an enterprise solution.
