About the Role: Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Digital Banking Operations Specialist to join the team in our Bank Operations department . As a Digital Banking Operations Specialist, you will deliver a World Class Experience to branch associates and other support departments by assisting in the use and understanding of the Bank’s digital products, including Online Banking and Mobile Banking. You will complete various operational tasks including customer setup, operations review, and transactional processing.
