Location: Atlanta, Georgia, 30319 Start Date: ASAP Schedule: 5 days per week Compensation: $125 per treatment session About This Role: We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and fluent Spanish-speaking Care Partner to support in-home dialysis for a patient who currently receives treatments in a clinic and will transition to home dialysis. This is a one-on-one, consistent assignment (not an agency rotation), allowing you to build trust, rapport, and become an integral part of the patient’s ongoing care routine. Comprehensive training will be provided , including patient-specific dialysis procedures, home setup guidance, and continued support from our clinical team , ensuring you feel confident and well-supported in this role.
