At Ayvens we have an opening for a Head of CRM & Marketing Cloud What are you going to do? As our new Head of CRM & Marketing Cloud you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational execution of CRM (Salesforce) and marketing cloud initiatives within the organization. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless integration of systems following the merger of ALD Automotive and LeasePlan, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and optimizing marketing processes. The Head will oversee a diverse team, including delivery managers, marketing cloud team leads & developers, Salesforce application experts and Accenture Center of Services (Designers & devs), driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality marketing technology solutions.
