Director, Sales Operations NA MSS

We are hiring a Director, Sales Operations based in Houston, TX at our Rogerdale location. This role provides direct leadership to the North America (NA) Field Service Operations Leader, Service Center Operations Leader, and Engineered Solutions Project Operations teams, ensuring aligned execution across projects and services. In this role you will deliver North American MSS (Measurement Solutions – Lifecycle Services & Engineered Solutions) trade sales (revenue recognition) through operational excellence in fulfillment, hub coordination, and customer-facing execution support. This role owns the operational execution required to convert orders into recognized sales—coordinating intercompany delivery with MSS Global Hubs (Pune, Cluj, SEA), integrating North Amica LCS contributions, and ensuring superior fulfillment performance that enables the selling organization to focus on double-digit order growth.
