About the role For the past year, we've built Yousign's Revenue hiring engine alongside a trusted external partner. We're now bringing this expertise in-house, to own and transform it! As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting for approximately 30 roles over the next 12 months. The majority of these roles will be in the Revenue and Customer teams (AE/AM, SDR, TSM), as well as leadership roles, in France and international markets. Demanding, often complex. But volume is not the point. Impact is. You will work closely with the CRO and Revenue leadership as a partner who challenges, advises, and holds the line on quality. You will shape how Yousign hires, train managers to make sharper decisions, and build an employer brand that attracts talent before they're actively looking. You will mentor Guillhem, our TA Manager currently, and lead cross-functional initiatives such as AI integration, data and reporting, employer branding, hiring excellence.
