Job description

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. Responsibilities: Conduct feasibility studies, time/cost estimates, IT planning, applications/model development, and system implementation. Monitor and control the full development lifecycle (analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation) and provide user/operational support. Apply in-depth application development knowledge to analyze complex issues, evaluate processes, and make informed judgments. Recommend and develop security measures post-implementation to ensure successful system design and functionality. Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups, recommending advanced programming solutions and assisting customer systems.
