Position Summary: The Director of Warehouse Optimization plays a key role in advancing operational excellence across Quirch Foods by championing continuous improvement, performance optimization, and Lean methodologies . This leader partners closely with distribution centers and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and sustain scalable solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. This role goes beyond process improvement—focusing on building organizational capability, leveraging data and innovation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement that empowers teams to deliver world-class operational performance.
