WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: The Recording Academy’s mission is to recognize musical excellence, advocate for the well-being of music makers and ensure music remains an indelible part of our culture. Our National Member Engagement team delivers services across the Academy’s entire membership, in addition to providing support across a national network of 12 Chapters who each serve local music communities. The National Member Engagement (NME) team is looking for a highly motivated, idea-generating Programs & Production Manager to serve as the leader on high impact program development, onsite production support, strategic engagement planning and overall project management for a significant portfolio of national and local Member programs, including GRAMMY Week events. You will oversee key program details and administrative duties for multiple Chapters, play a management role in national initiatives, and execute any other assigned responsibilities.
