Job description

Job Summary: The primary duties of the Fabrication Quality Control Technician at PowerSecure revolve around ensuring the quality and overall conformity of the welds, paint, powder coat and metal fabrication for products that are manufactured, packaged, and assembled at the DI Campus and Randleman location. The individual’s responsibility is to ensure all fabricated material manufactured at PowerSecure meet the predefined inspection criteria and are in conformance with design documents, customer specifications, and industry standards. Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills): - 2+ years’ experience in roles related to quality assurance and/or fabrication required. - Recognize and understand a wide variety of welding techniques. - Weld, Paint, or Fabrication knowledge and experience is required. - Ability to read and interpret documents mechanical drawings, Weld and Coating symbols, work instructions, and written directions. - Must be capable of using computer software to enter information in database. - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. - Excellent proficiency of...
