Desired Length of Employment: Summer 1 & 2 Pay Rate: $8.00: Job Description: As the home for the Department of Student Activities, the Bill Daniel Student Center [BDSC] or otherwise known as the "heart of the campus," provides a place to relax, study and participate in activities that build an enduring loyalty between members of the Baylor community and to the university itself. The Student Union Operations Assistant providing technical (audio/visual), maintenance, and event support to guests and partners visiting the Bill Daniel Student Center. Student Union Operations Assistants answer phones/questions, guide guests to rooms within the building, monitor trash/cleanliness of building, setup/breakdown meeting spaces, maintain a quality and professional relationship with Housekeeping, and complete other tasks as assigned.
