Overview Position: Aquatics SupervisorLocation/Dept.: The Salvation Army Kroc Center (SAKC), Philadelphia, PAAvailability: ImmediateSchedule: Full Time. Must be willing and able to work weekends and evenings as may be required in performance of duties or as requested to support the ongoing operations of the Kroc Center.Reporting Relationship: Kroc Aquatics Manager Salary : $21.00 Grade:76 Responsibilities: The Kroc Aquatics Supervisor (KAS) will work in conjunction with the Kroc Aquatics Manager to ensure successful operation of the aquatics department. This role includes (but is not limited to) day-to-day oversight of the department’s staffing component; development and delivery of the center’s swim lessons programs (open to all age groups and abilities), use of the pool area, continuing education offerings (i.e. CPR/AED, WSI certification) for the public, and class exercise offerings (in collaboration with the fitness department). The KAS will work with the Aquatics Manager to maintain exceptional standards of service, facility cleanliness, and pool related maintenance, assist in preparing the center for inspections and licensing of the Aquatics department.
