What you’ll get to work with We are looking for a Technical Proposal Manager (Cost & Engineering) to drive the technical work towards customers, from early dialogue and RFIs to structured proposals and commercial offers, with cost as a central design and decision driver. The role ensures that all proposals are grounded in robust engineering and credible, traceable cost estimates. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and commercial. The focus is not only to estimate cost, but to actively shape the technical solution based on cost, risk, and value.
