Position Overview: Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure Services, the Network Technician serves as the primary on-site responder for the physical health and connectivity of our campus network. This is a highly mobile, hands-on role focused on the installation, diagnostic repair, and proactive maintenance of LAN switching, wireless systems, VOIP/telecommunications hardware, and security equipment. As the "face" of infrastructure support, you will spend the majority of your time in the field, ensuring our physical backbone remains resilient, organized, and fully operational.
