Major Responsibilities: - Deliver expert service and maintenance for advanced Varian systems, following technical documentation and comprehensive training programs. - Act as a trusted partner to customers, proactively identifying opportunities to reduce equipment downtime and optimize system performance. - Build strong, long‑term customer relationships through clear, empathetic, and professional communication—both on site and remotely. - Provide first‑line phone and remote technical support to customers and Field Engineers when required. - Independently plan and manage your schedule, balancing preventive maintenance, installations, upgrades, and urgent service requests while effectively prioritizing cu...
