Job DetailsJob Location: RFICC - Pasadena, MD 21122Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $30.00 HourlyThis position is two 12-hour shifts per week from 7pm - 7:30am in our Pasadena Inpatient Care Center. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the direction of an RN, performs all required interventions and/or procedures to provide for total patient care in the clinical setting according to the plan of care, including turning, transporting, catheter care, bathing and skin care. Provides care at time of death as assigned. Contacts RN Case Manager or designee for any changes that relates to the plan of care. Report changes in the patient medical, emotional, spiritual or psychosocial status to the RN Case Manager or designee. Documents appropriately and according to the plan of care using technologies provided by HOC which may include phone applications such as Mobile Lite. Documents at the time of visit and reports any barriers to timely documentation immediately to supervisor or designee. Completes paper documentation when applicable according to the documentation guidelines for CNA. Follows guidelines to report technology failures per HOC policy such as contacting the HELP desk...
