Location This position may be remotely based in the U.S. or hybrid out of one of EDF's U.S. offices. Duration: This is a two-year fixed-term position with full benefits and the possibility of extension. Overall Function: As a member of the Finance Department, the Financial Analyst, Mission Finance will provide technical and decision support to the organization's department operations that may include Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Legal & Compliance, and Global Operations, as well as program operations and grants management. They will support the US Region’s Legal & Regulatory department and assist in the annual budget submission process and in developing more effective reporting of the budget and actuals throughout the fiscal year. The Financial Analyst will be tasked to organize data, build spreadsheets and financial reports, review contracts and grants, perform financial analysis and projections, and prepare/submit journal entries to resolve issues.
