Job description

Northstrat is seeking a hard-working, driven, self-starter to join our growing Contracts, Pricing, and Procurement Team in the Sterling, VA area. This person will serve as the Procurement point of contact within Northstrat's program teams and act as the liaison between Northstrat technical personnel and the industry supply base. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities Include: - The purchase of items, materials, and services of varying degrees of complexity - Draft purchase orders and document supplier selection - Perform price analysis consistent with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) requirements - Prepare Requests for Quotations (RFQs), detailing specific program requirements - Evaluate responses for compliance with RFQ requirements - Ensure that file documentation is accurate and complete according to Northstrat procurement policies and procedures as well as applicable FAR and DFARS regulations.
