Description The University of Michigan - Flint's School of Nursing is accepting applications for the position of Associate Dean for Undergraduate Nursing Programs. This position will provide strategic, academic, and operational leadership for the School of Nursing’s undergraduate nursing education, serving 650+ students across three tracks. The Associate Dean provides leadership for the team of faculty and staff serving undergraduate students, ensures program quality and compliance, advances student success, and drives curricular innovation, including continued progress toward the implementation of the AACN (2021) Essentials and the School's transition to competency-based education (CBE). The role includes a commitment to service and engagement, including participation in broader University initiatives/shared governance, engagement in donor and alumni activities, and representation of the School of Nursing in community and/or professional organizations.
