Senior Physiotherapist - Women's Health and MSK Droitwich Hospital 30 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £52,000.00 FTE per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) The Droitwich Spa Hospital is part of Circle Health Group , Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist - Women's Health and MSK to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department. This is a part time role for 30 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: - Lead the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with complex conditions within your specialist area (e.g. MSK, neuro, orthopaedics, respiratory). - Use advanced clinical reasoning to develop and adjust treatment plans that align with patient goals and evidence-based practice. - Provide formal supervision, mentoring, and training to Band 5/Level 1 physiotherapists, assistants, and students. - Support the allocation and coordination of caseloads and ensure safe...
