Job Summary: The Manager of Post Production is responsible for the management and overseeing the post harvest and warehouse operations for the Lothian, MD manufacturing facility. The Manager of Post Production role serves to ensure the proper management and execution of production for the post harvest and warehouse division operational workflow from processing harvest plants to distribution of finished goods. This position is responsible for maintaining efficient, quality, compliant, and safe practices and standards, while proactively developing and evolving staffing, procedures, and technology towards continuous improvement.
